Expectations on Work Days

my morning email today started a new chapter in our schedules as written and ordered by my Master:

I love you very much. I love us. I love that today is another step in our finding balance, and another opportunity to Master a worthy girl.

These are My list of expectations for you on work days:
1. I expect you, as always to work barefoot as much as you are able.
2. I expect you to work and not spend the day researching the lifestyle or on Fetlife.
3. I expect the first hour of the day to be in service, and each of the following hours to be dedicated to work. At no time during your work day (with the exception of breaks and lunch) will you surf the internet for pleasure.
4. your breaks will be at 10am (15 minutes) Lunch at Noon sharp for exactly 1 hour. A second 15 minute break will be given at 2:30 where you may have a light snack. Potty times are still Mine, and I expect you to continue to pee on your hand (not just fingers) as part of your humbling but on work days, you may not touch My cunt. Pee, wash, work.
5. The exceptions to this list will be according to the demands of work and may be pushed back accordingly based on meetings, scheduled lunches with reps or family emergencies.
6. When you receive contact from Me, you may only reply at lunch or a scheduled break. Unless listed as an emergency by Myself or I demand an immediate response. If there is a need on your part that requires My immediate attention, or a previously commanded arrangement by Me, you may contact as necessary.
7. On any given work day, if you have accomplished all that you have set out to do, and have given your best days work, you may feel free to spend the last hour (4pm-5pm) of your day in free time. Email Me, play on Fetlife, do research on the web to better your position as slave for example.
8. On every Monday and Thursday, you will give Master at least one orgasm. This can be done at home at the end of your day, or at home at the start of your day. you may use toys but you will get off. Not getting off will result in discipline. The only exception to this will be in regards to a physical need that prohibits self pleasure and must be brought to Masters attention as soon as possible.

These expectations will be binding upon the slave on Mondays and Thursdays. I may see the need to switch the days to Tuesdays and Thursdays as Master will not have much contact with the slave on Sundays and may need the ability to communicate at will.

If the slave needs to express a desire to make a change in these expectations for work sake, not for comfort sake or has any questions needing clarification, she may request Masters attention respectfully for His consideration.
